Here we have a very nice 2017 Crossroads Sunset Trail 289QB bunkroom travel trailer. It is 32'9" overall length and weighs 5600 lbs. This has a queen bed in front bedroom, 3 bunks plus small seating area that makes a 4th bunk plus couch and dinette make additional beds for a sleeping capacity of 10 people. It is in very good condition with no leaks or water damage. It had some small tears in rubber roof that have been repaired and sealed. Looked as if maybe a tree limb or something was drug over part of the roof. AC, furnace, slide out, power awning and refrigerator all work as they should.
