This has a queen size bed in master bedroom (missing mattress), 2 bunks plus a small seating area that makes a 3rd bunk along with kitchen dinette and couch makes additional beds. Overall in good condition, it appears to have had some roof damage at some point but no water leaks or damage but has had some patches done on the roof previously.
